Site Visit
We carry out site visits by a qualified Engineer to discuss your individual requirements and offer advice on possible areas to extend your property.
We will present you with our portfolio displaying a range of completed projects that are similar to your needs and provide references if required.
Building Plans
Should you wish to use our services we then carry out a detailed linear survey of your property and then present you with various design proposals that will meet your requirements and realise your property's potential.
We will ensure that the final design of the proposed extension meets both your needs and satisfaction prior to submitting the application to the Local Authority.
Applications to the Local Authority
We will act as your agent and submit Planning and Building Control applications to the relevant Council on your behalf. We will liaise with the Planning Officer and if necessary carry out any amendments that may be necessary with your approval to obtain final consent.
Builders & Other Professionals
We can also, at your request, recommend established and independent local Builders and other professionals who could offer advice on cost of construction.
